Allergy Soother is blended with nettle leaves for their antihistamine properties, elder flowers and rose hips to support the respiratory and immune systems. Lime blossoms and peppermint for their anti-inflammatory effects and mullein flowers to loosen congestion. Of course, if you are allergic to any of these ingredients, this blend will not help you!
