Darjeeling is often called the "Champagne of Teas". The Darjeeling district, with its high altitudes and heavy mists, nestles in the foothills of the Himalayas. This tea has a robust body with muscatel character and powerful aroma.
Ingredients: Organic II Flush Darjeeling Black tea. From Avongrove Estate.
Bring water almost to a boil (should be 195 degrees), steep 5 minutes. Loose tea can be infused a second time, and some tea drinkers say even a 3rd. We recommend an infusing devised designed for high quality loose tea, giving it plenty of room to expand and unfurl.
