Rishi’s Sweet Matcha is pure Japanese green tea harvested from shade-grown bushes. Ingredients: Cane sugar and Japanese green tea (matcha).

To mate a "Matcha Latte":
Heat milk in a saucepan or with a milk steamer until frothy. Remove from heat and add 1 TBSP on Sweet Matcha per 8 ounces of milk. Stir vigorously, pour into a mug and enjoy! Iced Matcha Latte: 8 oz of milk and 1 TBSP of Sweet Matcha, whisk, and pour over ice. See can for recipe for cookies and lemonade!
